  1. Take advantage of referrals. If you’ve got a lot of satisfied customers, don’t be shy to ask them if they can refer other people who might be interested on what you offer. One of my clients, who was obviously happy with my coaching programs, even volunteered to call one of his friend on my behalf. As I was strongly recommended by someone he trust, this person eventually became my buying customer. The key here is giving each of your clients great experience each time they do business with you. Treat them like royalties and you can be assured that they’ll help you get the word out about your products and services for free.
  1. Set up customer reward program. Encourage your current customers to keep on coming back for more by offering them gifts or rewards. One of my favorite coffee shops offers free premium coffee for every 10 purchases. This keeps me from going to their competitors as I feel extremely happy each time I get something that I do not need to pay for. Most customers will feel the same way so set up your own customer loyalty program today.
  1. Generate leads on a daily basis. Try to contact at least 10 people everyday who might be interested on what you offer. You can send them email, snail mail, or better yet, call them up or give them a visit. Make sure that these people need your products or services otherwise, you’ll just be wasting your time. Learn the best ways to present your products in such a way that they will appear highly valuable to the eyes of your prospects.
  1. Launch a targeted marketing campaign. Use marketing tools that will allow you to connect with those people who are most likely to buy from you. Before you even advertise your products, it would help if you get to know the elements that can influence the buying decisions of your prospects so you can make your marketing messages focused and highly effective. By doing this, you’ll surely be able to increase your sales by up to a hundredfold without wasting a single dime on your advertising cost.
